It’s another e-Learning Challenge from the Articulate Community. This challenged titled, “Design an E-Learning Cover Slide with This Visual Design Tip #117,” focuses on a technique called transparent echo. The effect is achieved by using the same image for the focal point and the background graphic. The background version is scaled beyond the slide size and transparency is dialed way up to blend the image into the background.
For my submission, I wanted to play around with both photographs and vector images so I created six sample cover slides. I did not include titles for the majority of the slides but decided to leave it up to your imagination on how they might fit into a course.
